Who is eligible to apply for housing?
Our housing is designed specifically for veterans seeking a safe, supportive, co-living environment. Eligibility may vary by location, but we welcome veterans from all backgrounds who are looking for stability, community, and affordable living. Our team reviews each application individually to ensure the best fit for both the resident and the home. Veterans who have a discharge status that reads dishonorable are not eligible.

The application process is simple and straightforward. After submitting the online form, our team reviews your information and may contact you for additional details. Approval timelines can vary, but we strive to respond as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth transition.
Are the homes safe and professionally managed?
Absolutely. Safety and dignity are our top priorities. Each property is maintained to high standards and managed by experienced professionals who are committed to creating a respectful, secure, and welcoming environment for veterans.
What makes this different from traditional housing?
Unlike traditional rentals, our co-living model is designed specifically for veterans. It combines affordability, privacy, and built-in community. Residents benefit not only from a place to live, but from an environment built around shared experience, mutual support, and stability.
Does the organization allow pets?
We do not allow pets. A very strict no pet policy is what we enforce.
What support do you provide Veterans?
We provide ongoing case management, like job readiness to each veteran which includes collaboration with their VA Services case manager. Wrap around case management ensures veterans transition to civilian life effectively.
